Permitted editorial use

You may refer to CurbMerge accurately in news coverage, commentary, reviews, research, and other editorial contexts. References must be truthful and must not suggest sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation where none exists.

Prohibited implication of affiliation

You may not use the CurbMerge name, logo, or visual identity in a manner that falsely suggests that you, your product, your service, or your organization is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of CurbMerge or Passion Projects Unlimited LLC.

Logo and brand-asset use

Do not copy, alter, distort, animate, combine, or redistribute the CurbMerge logo or other brand assets without prior written permission.
